Following the Isekai genre, in this new world, Chang Wen would be able to defeat dragon gods with just the flick of his wrist and find himself making a harem of big boobed, anime girls as he goes around saving a world that was created just for him despite his inability to talk to girls in the one he lived in.
Now before we start getting letters from Simpsons type, Comic Boy Guy, Aspergers infected, basement dwelling losers like You that think they're more intelligent than we are, transmigration is where you move from one life to the next wile keeping all your memories from the first one. The Motivation
