Deltarune, also known as Deltagoon and Deltatroon, is the shitshow lovechild of Undertale and every annoying autogynephile you've seen on Twitter these past six years, mostly enjoyed by obvious autists, troons and general faggots all alike. Created by Toby "Radiation" Fox, creator of aforementioned Undertale, the game was originally pivoted as a "sequel" before Toby completely rug-pulled his entire fandom and revealed that it's just a "parallel story", aka set in an alternate universe with many of the same characters. Unlike UT, this game is currently being released in periodic chapters, so here's to another 10 years or so of annoying asshats mucking up social media with this gayshit.

Plot

Fuck off berdly

You play as Kris, a non-binary emo 15-year-old who convinces his tomboy bully classmate to play 7 minutes in heaven with him before they accidentally fall through into a different dimension after going in a closet. You meet an AIDS-ridden furry goat creature who convinces you to join his magical town and recruit monsters into joining it if you want to play nice. You, along with these two, can then go off and explore a magical wasteland full of anthropomorphic objects, furries, and all sorts of peculiar creatures begging to get Rule 34'd. Alternatively, you can just freeze fucking everyone in your path, aiming for the High Score with your deer neighbor, in which case you get to fight against some super secret bosses and freeze that asshole bird. Unlike Undrtale, in this one the ending is pretty much the exact same no matter what you do, so idk what happened to the whole "actions have consequences" lesson that the first game tried teaching you.

It's basically the exact same as Undertale, only with a LOT more gay shit thrown in your face.

• Kris: The revamped Frisk from Undertale, this time with extra yellow!
• Susie: Your lizardy classmate who you manage to turn from bully to will-they-won't-they eternal love drama situationship
• Ralsei: Furry faggot who grooms you into joining his rape cult
• Lancer: Fatty weirdo you recruit into helping your clan
• Noelle: Annoying next door neighbor who thinks every day is Christmas
• Berdly: Know-it-all incel classmate who nobody likes

• King: Final boss of chapter one, also a fatass like his son Lancer
• Jevil: Final secret boss of chapter one
• Queen: Final boss of chapter two, possibly related to King? idk
• Spamton: Final secret boss of chapter two, peculiar admixture of Indian scam emails and Max Stirner
• Mr. Tenna: Final boss of chapter three

Side Characters

• Toriel: Yep, she's back, except this time she's ACTUALLY your mom
• Asgore: Toriel still hates him for some reason, gets cucked by sans
• Sans: Same retarded puns as always
• Also a bunch of other characters from Undertale, too lazy to type them all out rn so

Fanbase

As is to be expected, there are several layers of bullshit to this fanbase:

• Transbian shippers: By far the most annoying (and prominent!) sector. Mostly troons who will die alone and choose this game as an escapist coping mechanism, often projecting themselves onto Susie and/or Noelle before mooshing the two together. Toby Cocks seems to be a yurifag, so he often feeds into their fanservice by giving these two special alone time.
• Theorists: Schizos who try piecing together miniscule segments from in-game dialogues, newsletters, and all sorts of promotional materials to try and predict who the next boss will be. (Funny story: They unironically believed Woody from Toy Story would be Chapter 3's secret boss looool)
• Undertale fans who were massively disappointed when they found out their favorite characters are reduced to jackshit: Looool get bent faggot
