Background
There is not a lot known about Owen and his life, but in old versions of his manifesto, he says that he did it because of his parents and that his parents were to blame. He also got bullied by black people and his aunt got rekt by a black gangbanger. Despite being a self-proclaimed atheist, he wanted to implement Christianity in all countries and to kill or convert all niggers to Christianity. His e-girl also cheated on him, lol. He was also friends with Timofey Kulyamov and Desmond Holly. He owned a group named Larpwaffen where he would extort people into doing attacks. Hmm... I wonder where I've seen that before... His biggest accomplishments in life were getting 3 girls to kill themselves on Omegle, or so he says. He is also known to have read at least one Encyclopedia Dramatica article on Gabriel Rodrigues Castiglioni sent to him by Mercifulfag (aka 
@RampantFag) and considered himself a copycat of Gabriel Rodrigues Castiglioni.

Let’s face it the number of immigrants that enter our countries, whether they are illegal or not, are ruining everything. We must not let them replace us, for we are the superior race. We must kill them, all of them. They all need to die so we can start a new perfect world where only white straight people live.
A lot of people think we white people contradict ourselves by claiming non whites to be violent even though we kill them. We only kill them because we have been forced into a position where it’s either kill or be killed. We can’t allow them to keep doing this; we have to KILL KILL KILL. There is no other option.
My aunt was beaten to death by a Black man, and you still dare to tell me these niggers aren’t violent? We can’t let people like this live. Y’all claim they aren’t all like that. THEY ARE. THEY ALL ARE. Even if they haven’t acted upon these malicious thoughts, that just means that’s all they think about and they are too scared to do it. There isn’t a single innocent nigger in the world, NOT ONE.

Rapists are also a high form of degeneracy especially child rapists because you pray on people weaker than you especially girls we have to protect our white women because they are getting targeted more than ever by these dirty degenerates Muslims and browns. I believe that all pedos should be thrown in the middle of the road, run over, and then shot in the back of the head.
Communists are disgusting they only like communism because they want to be lazy all day and not work at all, come home to their one-room apartment with no electricity with a thin cloth to sleep in and a hardwood bed, and wonder if they will even eat the next day because if you wake up at the wrong time, you don’t eat. These degenerate faggots are ok with millions starving so they can just sit on their asses all day. We have to kill these degenerate faggots.

So, for 3 hours, he does absolutely nothing. He plays songs off Tarrant's playlist and watches TCC edits made by his friends and shouts some niggas out. He also checks people for their skin color and shit, until he saw the ultimate victim; a sleeping homeless bum on a bench. And right as he was gonna attack, his shitty livestream disconnected. It was initially rumored that he faked the attack and didn't actually do anything, but when the WPD mods reported him to his state police, he started to plan an attack at his school with Molotov cocktails and pepper spray, and he got sent to juvie the day he was supposed to do it. Two of his friends also got swatted for being friends with him.
