Friedrich Heinz Leibacher was some paranoid oldfag that thought the Zug government was conspiring against him, so he thought of one way to stop them.
Background
Friedrich (born July 21, 1944) had several failed marriages with Dominican th0ts, and only managed to have one daughter out of all these relationships. Throughout 1970, he was convicted of several charges, including incest, probably with his daughter, theft, forgery, and ultimately got put in the slammer with Big Bubba for 18 months because of these offenses. Once he was released, despite being employed in business before, he was left jobless. He then was diagnosed with a personality disorder probably due to the fact he was batshit insane. In 1998, the dumb fuck threatened to kill a Zug Transport Company bus driver, but luckily for him, he was not convicted. He was then involved in several lawsuits against the company along with the Zug government, saying he thought he was being treated unfairly. Though these lawsuits were dismissed by court however, which probably angered the fuck out of him, as he was also believing that the government was plotting against him.

Shooting
On September 27, 2001, the Tag des Zornes, our hero walked into the Zug Parliament building to go on a mission of epic lulz. Because he was playing Hitman IRL, he was able to bypass security while wearing the police officer disguise. He then made his way into the chamber, were he opened fire on council members, politicians, and journalists. Afterwards, he then detonated a homemade bomb, and then he pulled a Kurt Cobain and ate a shotgun shell. He fired a total of 91 rounds, and the pigs found a suicide note, which contained the words "Day of wrath for the Zug mafia".
