The UTubeTrollPolice (or UTTP for short) is a group of autistic children and 13-year-old boys that use Vyond and try hard (and fail) to be trolls; all while ironically claiming to be an anti-troll group. Founded sometime in the early 2010s by someone named Thomas Parkinson (a.k.a. Tommy Parky), they are most notable for spamming "WHO CARES + UTTP IS BETTER THAN (thing)" on the comment sections of YouTube videos related to anything they hate. Their YT channels include shitty YTPMVs, logo effects, JPEG music, and KKKinemaster trash. They run bots in youtube comment sections that say something along the lines of "1st warning nigger! my content is better!," and often have actual fucking child porn in the bots' bios.
Sherbase12 and Gachafall
Gachafall involved a script kiddie and nobody by the name of Sherbase12 and some other Tommy Parky cocksuckers hacking around 50 lesser-known Gachafags over the course of April to May of 2020. As a result of Gachafall, Gachafags in return joined AUTTP, posted anti-UTTP videos, and sperged out as they usually do when someone criticizes their pedophilic UwU Cat/BadBoy omega/alpha fanfiction. Basically, in short, the gaychas did not respond maturely to the hacking wave, but what do you expect? They're 11 year old girls who like seeing rape because it's "Kawaii".
GoAnimate Interference
Up until 2020, UTTP was only occupied by serious trolls who would responsibly milk lolcows; until a Brazilian rapist known as Unibanco UTTP THDTC TSPL appeared and started making GoAnimate videos of him raping random GoSpergs who no one cares about. He would always SCREAM AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS, use LOTS OF EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1, and scream "FUCKING SEXY". That opened up a gateway for more and more GoFags to illegally immigrate to UTTP TSPL, and make raping videos, grounded videos, basically copying original UTTPs. A notable example is Kenny Animate, who made a UTTP THDTC TSPL account to jump on the bandwagon. Kenny, being the GoTube dickrider he is, would still be a precious good user on his UTTP TSPL account, which just goes to show how far UTTP has strayed from its original purpose. Hopefully, someday, UTTP will rise again, and return to its former glory.
The Great Split and Tyranny/RUTTP
Sometime in late January 2024, an internet sissy fight began between de-facto UTTP leader Emperor of Anime Sucks and second-in-command Emperor Pwrge; as the latter removed the former's admin permissions on his Shitcord server for NIGGER ADMIN ABUSE. As a response, Anime Sucks and his friends raided Pwrge's server and spammed it with kiddie porn. Pwrge then left the UTTP and founded a new group known as the Tyranny (more like tranny amirite?); with many UTTP members leaving for this new group. The Tyranny was then renamed to the RetroUTubeTrollPolice, or RUTTP for short.
As of February 2024, both sides are still throwing shit at each other; and we at Encyclopedia Dramatica recommend that you troll both.

In reality, he's a fucktarded boomer who seems to know way more than he should about the people within the UTTP circlejerk, but never actually founded it.Tommy Parky- The aforementioned Bri'ish founder of the UTTP. Has since disappeared from the internet and is probably in Bri'ish prison after assaulting his own brother while watching Lord of the Rings back in 2015. Originally made the UTTP as a hacking group according to some people. There are several false accounts made out of him, so be warned!Stephen Larson- A Pinoy faggot who resided in California and joined the group in 2013. Took over the group from Tommy Parky after his 2015 arrest, but was unable to keep it afloat due to being a dumbass foreigner teenager who apparently couldn't keep his DOX hidden, resulting in his school, his parents and the police confronting his ass in 2016. He and his family were likely deported afterward.OfficerSimonPegg/StruttingPhil and StruttingB4- (AKA: The Strutters) Brothers who joined the UTTP around early-2011 before going MIA in 2013. Were notorious for weeding out non-members claiming to be UTTP, with one such example being jacobsipod1, a clueless little kid who tried to weasel himself into the group and predictably failed.

One ofthe only actually mature UTTP users, Pablo is a Korean-American man who joined UTTP in 2019, under the name of "PABLO THE FUCKING DEMON UTTP THDTC", but later changed his ways into a mature, troll-fighting man. Each day, he milks the absolute shit out of a lolcow named Zender Man, who rages in all caps, and in impressively long paragraphs which could be sung in a Protestant church. OfficerRonald- Also joined in 2013, but not much else is known about him.Dark Boy The UTTP KKTK Officer- Whereabouts unknown.Championsgamer1 UTTP AVGCP- Quit UTTP after the Sherbase12 hacking incident.Jeff 171- Whereabouts unknown.Unibanco UTTP THDTC TSPL- Inactive.OfficerAPC- Exposed for being a pedophile by asking minors for feet pics.OfficerCarnevil- Also a pedophile, with the only difference being that he got swatted, and his toyz taken away.
