The Rwandan Genocide a.k.a. The Great Chimpout of '94 was a significant event in the noble history of the great continent of Africa in which the niggers of Rwanda proved that they are capable of contributing something to the world by exterminating 500,000-1,000,000 of their own kind in 100 days, demonstrating for certain that the only thing Africa can do right is mass murder, exceeding even the Holocaust.

Pre colonial History

From 1885 Rwanda was a German colony until 1919 when they were Goatsed by the Treaty of Versailles and Rwanda was given over to Belgium. The Rwandese grouped themselves into two races, the Hutu and the Tutsi, the Hutus made up 85% of the population but the Belgians supported a Tutsi king which meant the Tutsis controlled the government.

In the 1950s and 60s, a man named Gregoire Kayibanda began to promote Hutu Power calling for an end to Tutsi dominance and beginning a campaign of ethnic violence against Tutsis, killing 20,000-100,000 from 1959-1960. The Tutsi monarchy dissolved and a Hutu majority government was formed. Because the average tenure of an African president is 3 hours, Kayibanda was overthrown by Juvenal Habyarimana and a military dictatorship was formed.

From 1960 a Hutu majority totalitarian dictatorship governed under the following principles:

The Hutu Ten Commandments:

1. Every Hutu should know that a Tutsi woman, whoever she is, works for the interest of her Tutsi ethnic group. As a result, we shall consider a traitor any Hutu who:

-marries a Tutsi woman

-employs a Tutsi woman as a concubine

-employs a Tutsi woman as a secretary or takes her under protection.

2. Every Hutu should know that our Hutu daughters are more suitable and conscientious in their role as woman, wife, and mother of the family. Are they not beautiful, good secretaries and more honest?

3. Hutu women, be vigilant and try to bring your husbands, brothers, and sons back to reason.

4. Every Hutu should know that every Tutsi is dishonest in business. His only aim is the supremacy of his ethnic group. As a result, any Hutu who does the following is a traitor:

-makes a partnership with Tutsi in business

-invests his money or the government's money in a Tutsi enterprise

-lends or borrows money from a Tutsi

-gives favors to Tutsi in business (obtaining import licenses, bank loans, construction sites, public markets, etc.).

5. All strategic positions, political, administrative, economic, military and security should be entrusted only to Hutu.

6. The education sector (school pupils, students, teachers) must be majority Hutu.

7. The Rwandan Armed Forces should be exclusively Hutu. The experience of the October 1990 war has taught us a lesson. No member of the military shall marry a Tutsi.

8. The Hutu should stop having mercy on the Tutsi.

9. The Hutu, wherever they are, must have unity and solidarity and be concerned with the fate of their Hutu brothers.

-The Hutu inside and outside Rwanda must constantly look for friends and allies for the Hutu cause, starting with their Hutu brothers.

-They must constantly counteract Tutsi propaganda.

-The Hutu must be firm and vigilant against their common Tutsi enemy.

10. The Social Revolution of 1959, the Referendum of 1961, and the Hutu Ideology, must be taught to every Hutu at every level. Every Hutu must spread this ideology widely. Any Hutu who persecutes his brother Hutu for having read, spread, and taught this ideology is a traitor.

Anti-Tutsi propaganda was broadcast round the clock and extremist organizations like the Interahamwe were openly supported by the government.

In 1990, the pro-Tutsi Rwandan Patriotic Front began to attack from Uganda and in 1994 Juvenal Habyarimana's private jet was shot down killing him and the president of Burundi.

The Lulz begins

After Habyarimana was shot down on April 6, the Rwandan army, the Interahamwe and other organizations began an attempt to exterminate the Tutsi over the next 100 days, international observers reported:

Hutu gangs searched out victims hiding in churches and school buildings and massacred them.

100 Interahamwe militiamen came into a church and began to kill people, striking with their clubs and slashing with their machetes, hacking arms, legs, genitals and the faces of the terrified people who tried to protect the children under the pews. Some people were dragged outside the church and attacked in the courtyard. The identity cards of the murdered ones were burned. The killing continued for two hours after which the whole compound was searched. The militia then left the church compound.

Local officials and government-sponsored radio incited ordinary citizens to kill their neighbors, and those who refused to kill were often murdered on the spot.
Local Interahamwe, acting in concert with the authorities, used bulldozers to knock down a church building. The militia used machetes and rifles to kill every person who tried to escape.
Hutu extremists released hundreds of patients suffering from AIDS from hospitals, and formed them into "rape squads". The intent was to infect and cause a "slow, inexorable death" for their future Tutsi rape victims.
Sexual mutilation sometimes occurred after the rape and included mutilation of the vagina with machetes, knives, sharpened sticks, boiling water, and acid. Men were also the victims of sexual violation, including public mutilation of the genitals. An estimated 250,000-500,000 women were raped during the genocide.

between 500,000 and 1000,000 Tutsi were killed in the 100 days genocide, or an average of 6.9 people per minute.

Aftermath

Because the Hutus were too concerned with killing Tutsi to resist an actual military attack, the RPF forced them across the border into Zaire after 100 days. Most of the major players in the genocide were arrested or executed but some escaped to Zimbabwe and died in exile. The Tutsi led Rwandan government, deciding to emulate Israel is never the agressor, others point out that it has to date been responsible for the following atrocities:
