Ray Tensing, hereafter referred to as "Ray Tensing up his anus to avoid prison rape", is a former member of the University of Cincinnati Police Department, and future bitch of Bubba. He was fired after pulling over a black man, and delivering justice in the form of an execution style shooting for the crime of lacking a front plate on his car. City and university officials all showed their solidarity by throwing him under the bus and firing him before indicting him for murder. His arrival to prison is eagerly awaited by many inmates of the Mansfield Correctional Facility, who don't take kindly to cops who shoot unarmed black men in the back.

In the official report, Tensing claimed that 43 year old Samuel Dubose, an upstanding citizen and father of 20 children, attempted to run him over with his car while escaping. The problem with this is that officer Tensing forgot that he was wearing a body-cam, standard issue after the Ferguson riots:

	“	The video shows some casual back-and-forth between Tensing and DuBose over whether he has a suspended driver's license before the officer asks DuBose to take off his seat belt. At that point, DuBose tells the officer, "I didn't even do nothing." He then starts the car and Tensing reaches inside the vehicle. The shot is fired seconds later.	„

Reaction

Social media lit up with many keyboard warriors moaning about the lack of justice, which forced the University of Cincinnati PD to fire this modern day hero. Community activists and religious leaders insist that there will be no riots, but EDiots predict that this situation presents the perfect opportunity for free TVs, toilet paper, and various other freebies.
