“Internet pills” references the Red Pill/Blue Pill scene, from “The Matrix,” in which Neo, played by Keanu Reeves, is offered a chance to see the world the way it really is. Since then the meaning has been bastardised to instead refer to incels BAWWWWWWWWing about how they get no pussy, although other groups have also started to adopt the pills terminology too.
