Pratt
Pratt is the surname of an American teenager, who, in 2015, traveled over 7,000 miles to China to meet the girl of his dreams. The girl got one whiff of his stench, and promptly dropped his ass. As such, 'pratt' has now become synonymous with loser, an adjective used to describe all the lonely heart NEETs who think a girl talking with them online means that they're boyfriend and girlfriend. There are no known cures for a sufferer after they've morphed into a pratt, other than becoming an hero.
What Happened
Pratt, an 18-year-old manchild from the U.S. state of Ohio, came across a cute Chinese girl's online profile. Despite only knowing this girl through some internet photographs, and no one ever lies about themselves online, amiright?, he vowed to her that he would fly to Jiangshan, China to meet with her. Pratt did not know the girl's name, only her online pseudonym, Xiaoqian. He also had only started chatting with her online in 2015, and made his trip there in February of 2015, meaning they had only chatted for about one month.
To his credit, Pratt kept his word and made the long journey to China, something most losers looking for love online would not follow through with.
After his arrival in Xiamen, the young lady immediately freaked at the prospect of meeting some ugly black dude and deleted everything, including rejecting his calls and even blocking his phone number. This sent Pratt into a lulzy depression.
Aftermath
Pratt, like any mature adult, threw a total hissy fit over losing a girl whom he had never met in-person. He cursed up a storm, and took up the bottle. Pratt waddled his way towards the Xu River, before falling unconscious feet away from the water. Police found him a short while later in a pool of his own vomit, adding that he was so drunk he would have surely drowned had he made it to the river.
The police subsequently tracked Pratt's online love interest and, even after hearing about all that had happened to him, she still refused to even meet him face-to-face one time.
Pratt was soon after deported back to Ohio, as China wanted nothing to with him.
While Pratt's given name remains a mystery, it is certain his friends and neighbors will find out, and witness the videos of his drunk ass recuperating in a Chinese hospital. Hopefully the budding lolcow can turn his life around before he hits his 20s.
Furthermore, Pratt's name, as with Cher, will come to mean something to many people. While Cher's name envokes thoughts of music, pratt is now a word used to describe any male loser with an e-girlfriend.
