Deep in the suburbs of Marysville, Washington, it was a bright and sunny morning on October 24, 2014. The mothers and fathers were going to work, and the boys and girls were going to school. For almost everyone, that day was just another typical day.

Fryberg's love affair

Jaylen Fryberg was a 15-year-old freshman at Marysville-Pilchuck High School. He suffered from typical high school problems, such as being named Homecoming Prince. He was head-over-heels in luv with his crush in the summer of 2014. However, things didn't turn out in his favor when she friendzoned him. After that, he kept constantly changing his attitude about her.

He later deleted this tweet.

That same exact day, he posted that he wanted to "die now." This was tweeted four minutes after his previous tweet.

His cousin, Andrew Fryberg, was currently dating Zoe. Jaylen was disconcerted over the fact that his own cousin was in a relationship with someone by the name of Zoe Galasso. This particular tweet stands out from the others:

By persistently doing this, we could tell that his cousin wanted Jaylen to put a bullet in his head.

He posted this tweet saying he was plotting to do something. Zoe didn't think much of this, and went on with her own life, not knowing what really was going to happen.

Apparently, he's having a kid with this girl, and this girl is talking to someone else. Also, she's being dumb for talking to this other person. However, now this quote, "Oh!! And she's way younger then you? T'F wrong with you!" makes no sense when analyzed. Many questions have came up regarding this subject matter:

That day, his emotional rollercoaster and instability got the best of him, and he decided to bring his favorite gun with him to school. Like any true friend/relative would, he texted his cousins, friends and Zoe and invited them to join his deadly Breakfast Club in the cafeteria. After finishing his highly nutritious school dinner, he turned the gun on his friends. He ultimately "succeeded" in his search and destroy mission, killing Zoe and injuring the others. He later turned the gun on himself.

The relatives

Nate Hatch and Andrew Fryberg, Jaylen's 14-year old and 15-year-old cousins, respectively, were both at the lunch table where the incident occurred. Jaylen wanted to make sure that they was going to be at the table by messaging them. The day of the shooting, he proceeded to shoot his cousins in the back of the head. After he was shot, Nate pretended to be dead and stayed silent, even as the bullet tore through his jaw. They both had surgery shortly after. What is shocking is that Nate forgives his brother, even after he intentionally broke his jaw.
