Eduardo Glicerio Romero Naupay was a former Facebook user who became famous for the shooting he carried out in his city of Lima, Peru. In the same year, what also happened was Federico Guevara Elizondo, but that fucking Mexican failed, so this is the documentary history of Eduardo Romero Naupay.
Background
Ed Romero, who worked as a hot dog vendor, would usually share posts on Facebook about how his mental health went to shit, along with some sexy pics of his illegal guns. Why didn't the party van arrest this potential mass shooter who was spitting out red flags everywhere? Simple: Because this is the third world, where the cops do not give a singular fuck about what you do online. He might as well have streamed his attack and I highly doubt they'd care even then. Anyway, he would also post about how much he hated feminism, since it made him feel like an emasculated little boy in a world run by women.
His friends nicknamed him as El Gringo and Bin Laden due to his open love of guns.
Attack
Remember how I said he was a hot dog vendor? Well, as it turns out, he forgot to renew his loiscence in early February 2017, so local municipal workers kicked him out and took away his hot dog stand, a.k.a. his only source of income. Ed wasn't gonna simply take this. He was PISSED. He geared up with his two illegally-bought pistols (bought from local narcos) and decided to make peace with his online friends. One day before his attack, he'd announce his plans to the Facebook group Legión Holk - the same group Federico Guevara Elizondo was a member of.

Results
February 17th to 18th, 2017: In Lima, the capital of Peru, Romero wounds a municipal inspector before he went back to shot up a mall, like Sonboly, after he hesitated in home about the plans for 40 minutes. He ultimately scored out 5 NPCs and wounded several more in discos, clubs and restaurants before he went outside, at which point responding pigs bullet-raeped him to death.
Legión Holk members praised him for his attack, citing him as "the Peruvian Fede". Their group would later get banned for this.
