Fox (Power word: John Robert Field) is primarily known for being Angyl's Other Boyfriend. Having this going for him, he decided he'd start by joining g00ns and claiming responsibility for defacing the Church of Scientology website in 2008, which sparked Chanology.
History
Some time after that, he decided to try and make a power grab in the g00ns, which failed. After that, very little is known until he reared his ugly head at HostGator, where he was kicked out of the security department and landed his own section on their ED page.
Not long after this, Fox decided to play both sides of the fence at a referral high yield investment program called instantprofitz.com. Knowing his friends had begun dumping their database, he decided to PACKET EVERYTHING and then call the CEO on the phone, then land a security contract by "forcing the kids to quit ddosing" and stopping LOIC in his terminal.
Once he'd gotten the retainer, he tried to have his friends do the work for him, then failed because his friends didn't want to be slave labor, and just let him take the money. Thus, the contract fell through. Shortly thereafter, he ripped someone off for a BMW.
He was next seen claiming to be a millionaire and asking for money in the same breath. This failure was even witnessed bragging about ripping people off over paypal before ultimately stealing $3,000 from his own girlfriend, who was left in tears.
Some time in 2011, Fox re-emerged from the comfort of his mother's basement, claiming that that he had quit frauding friends and strangers alike. For that reason he was allowed to have some credibility when he starting #school4lulz, a lulzsec offshoot which he repeatedly tried to drive into the ground in spite of everyone else's best efforts. It was around this time that Fox decided to use the school's name to shoot his mouth to the gang from #doxbin as well as backtrace security. Backtrace attempted to dox him but got the wrong guy; however, Fox's complicity in the event was ultimately revealed when he bragged to some 16 year old girl he liked about intentionally leading Jennifer Emick to the server donor for the school.
Then he showed up at DEFCON 19, bragging about knowing a bunch of people who had barely heard of him before then, and he also managed to name himself as the owner of #school. It should also be noted that he was broke and trying to bum a room off of the previously mentioned 16 year old girl he liked, after she kicked him out. He then conned her friends out of $300, which will likely never be seen again. Not long after DEFCON 19, the admins at doxbin decided to set their sights on Fox, partially for making false accusations about others in the scene and trying to teach a lesson on it, and partly because he's just a lolcow and .
At this point he is believed to be employed by backtrace security and Jennifer Emick, in order to start infighting, and to make anons and hackers alike expose themselves by making up bullshit and attempting to troll on his twitter. He continues to dox people in his own crew claiming that they've disrespected or done something otherwise bad to him after he'd used his paypal scam technique to freeze multiple bank accounts and verified paypals alike.
