Wellington Menezes de Oliveira☪ was a Brazilian cowboy, honest-to-Allah Mooslem and Cho fanboy who loved Allah so much he decided to become an hero just to meet him, but not before taking notes from Cho and taking revenge on his bullies.
Wellington's cowboy shootout would leave 13 people dead, including himself, and 22 others injured. The shooting is currently the deadliest school shooting in Brazil's history.
Background
Our hero Wellington was born on July 13, 1987. He attended the Tasso de Silveira Municipal School for three years. During that time, he was bullied by the jocks and called names like "swing" for his limp leg.
Two years before his lulzfest, after being a longtime christfag, he converted to Islam, and became obsessed with terrorism, even claiming to have a friend took part in 9/11. He also attended a mosque in Rio de Janeiro, studied the Qur'an for hours, and wanted to move to a Mooslem country.

Cowboy Shootout
On the morning of April 7, 2011, Wellington entered his former school and proudly introduced himself as a former student. He then made his way to a classroom and politely greeted the kiddies there, only to shout "YEEHAW!" and shoot at the kiddies with his cowboy guns.
When a polícia arrived, Wellington tried to run to the second floor, only to be shot by a cop. Because of this, Wellington had no choice but to become an hero.
The cowboy shootout ultimately left 13 people dead, including Wellington, and left 22 others injured. Ten of the victims were female. The shooting is currently the deadliest school shooting in Brazil's history. The shooting would cause massive butthurt in Brazil, but, because it took place in a non-English-speaking country outside of the USA, it was quickly forgotten.

Wellington and Cho
Wellington was a fan of Cho Seung-Hui, and called him, alongside some other Brazilian school shooter who didn't kill a single person, "a brother". Wellington and Cho seem to share a few similarities:
- They were both bullied.
- They both used two handguns.
- They were both 23 years old at the time of their respective shootings.
- They both took multiple photos of themselves before their respective shootings.
- They both committed the deadliest school shootings in their respective countries.
