Shel Silverstein
Shel Silverstein✡ is a book author and supposedly a musician too, but his talent at either is debatable. His magnum opus is the book The Giving Tree, a children's book about a pedophilic talking female tree getting abused by a chad kid. The book, and his later releases are actually looked upon quite favorably by critics.
Despite being an author for kids, he has quite the shady past of pimping out Playboy girls, and was even able to become friends with Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy.
Shel has also said he fucking hates children, only being convinced by a friend to write children's books. Shel being a Jew, saw dollar signs and wrote 16. His art before that was comics too fill space in Playboy magazines, probably too never be read and skipped past by the veteran gooners back in the 50s. Some of his books have also been banned, due to him not being able to hide his edginess, even when writing a kid's book.
His music is the lesser known of his works, and for obvious reasons. Most of his songs are about nonsense, with skits scattered among them in albums. His song "A boy named Sue", was covered by Johnny Cash and even won a Grammy, showing how fake any awards show is.
