Kenneth Hassler, also known as Kevin Handler, Chad Charming, Siliconebaddi, PunishedDollcel, hasslerhoff6969 or 'Doll Guy,' is a purported serial killer, dollcel, and internet boogeyman. He's best known for his heart-warming love story with his dollwife Shannon and the innumerable amount of posts accusing him of rape.

Early Facebook Activity

Kevin Handler initially appeared on Facebook under the name Chad Charming sometime before 2021. He oriented his content within the right-wing shitposting community, often discussing topics relating to inceldom and looksmaxxing. The primary bit utilized at this time revolved around compliment-farming, posting photos of his face alongside rants about being unable to obtain a girlfriend due to hypergamy. These escipades would go mostly unnoticed until Easter of 2021, wherein Kevin would announce a purchase that would solve his problem.

Kevin would return with a $1,699.00 163cm, H-cup, Head #198 Jasmine model sex doll, announcing his marriage to his beautiful dollwife, Shannon. The discussion of their awe-inspiring partnership would bolster Kevin to near lolcow territory. It was in the following months that numerous women would attempt to enter a relationship with Kevin, seemingly fiending to homewreck a happy marriage. As a result, his content would largely shift from insecure rants to anecdotes about his domestic life mixed with classic remarks about the state of modern dating.

In 2022, Kevin would nearly abandon the incelposting all-together, instead advocating for young men to pursue their own doll marriage via skinning Shannon and wearing her face. He would create multiple videos dancing, singing, and screaming while wearing her skin and post them to Facebook. Some users would begin to draft conspiracy theories as a result of these posts, speculating that they were witnessing the beginnings of a serial killer.

Machete Incident

As a consequence of theories surrounding him, Facebook users would dig up an old news article discussing Kevin's 2020 arrest. According to the site, he had been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property after he had chased a group of teenagers with a machete, breaking a cellphone in the process. He was booked on July 14, 2020 and entered a not guilty plea on the same day.

Kevin would take to Facebook to address these allegations. He stated that while hiking near his home at night, a group of 15 teenagers began berating him and demanding his knife. They attempted to follow him home, repeating that they would fight him for it. "In an impulsive decision," Kevin brandished the knife and began chasing the group until they left.

Will County court records would show that he inevitably took a plea deal, receiving 100 hours of community service and a mandatory mental health violation. He had successfully completed these terms on February 21, 2023.

Instagram and Tiktok

As a result of a Facebook ban, Kevin shifted his content over to Instagram. Under the username hasslerhoff6969, he would repost the same content that was previously on his Facebook. However, these posts would garner little interaction, leaving the account relatively unknown until future events.

Under the same name, Kevin would join Tiktok and once again repost the same fucking content he had originally posted on Facebook. However, these videos would be exponentially more popular. True Crime Tiktokers, such as rileylively, would repost his content, accusing him of being a serial killer targeting young women. They would wildly exaggerate his low-effort horror videos, naming them as undeniable proof that Kevin had raped and/or murdered multiple women. However, the alleged victims of his crimes remains unclear.

KiwiFarms, YouTube Documentaries, and False Allegations

Following the blow-up of his Tiktok account, a previously dead thread on KiwiFarms would be re-ignited. It would promptly be flooded with low-effort allegations from e-whores.

Known e-whore Naomi Clark would attempt to turn KiwiFarms back in her favor after her recent doxxing by attaching stolen screenshots to the thread. They consisted of a man attempting to buy an Iphone from a woman via Facebook Marketplace before threatening to rape her. Despite these screenshots being widely circulated on Reddit at least 3 years before Kevin had come online, they were taken at face-value. These would be used as irrefutable evidence of his serial killing activities, despite the many reverse image searches. She would then return to Facebook, circulating the rumor that he had been raided by the FBI. Armed with nothing but blind-faith in a random e-thot, KiwiFarms would dedicate a section of their forum entirely to cataloguing Kevin 'lore.' Such entries primarily consisted of hypothesized hate crimes and the potential for murder.

Starting in February of 2025, "horror" Youtubers would begin parroting information from the true crime users on Tiktok. Multiple videos, given titles such as "I Think We Found a Serial Killer on TikTok..." or "Murderer? The Most Disturbing Instagram Account You’ve Ever Seen Before" were uploaded to YouTube, somehow stretching 3 minutes of vague implications into half-hour long essays.
