Maxine Moore Waters (a.k.a. Mad Maxine) is a 86-year-old Democrat who overcame all odds and became the first mentally retarded black woman to be elected to the United States congress despite the fact that she's both black and dumber than a bag of fucking bricks. As even you probably already guessed, the only state that could possibly be dumb enough to consistently re-elect this Jurassic bitch for nearly three whole decades is the traitorous soon-to-be-ex-state known as California.

Despite being a career politician for nearly 30 years, Maxine Waters has gotten even less shit done than Dianne Feinstein and she currently spends all of her free time whoring herself out to any television network that's actually willing to let her waste their precious air time on giving a platform to a senile black lady who does nothing but whine about how President Donald J. Trump needs to be impeached because she doesn't like him and he's constantly saying mean things about the Mexican drug dealers and rapists who violate federal law to vote for her in every election.

Unfortunately for Maxine, President Trump still has nearly seven whole years left of Making America Great Again while she remains less productive than Terri Schiavo and is quickly succumbing to the symptoms of terminal Alzheimer's and is quickly succumbing to the symptoms of terminal Alzheimer's.
