StamperTV (Powerword: William Andrew Stamper) was a Newgrounds staff member and big name E-celeb, turned alcoholic meth addict. Now forgotten and living with his mom.

Born March 8th, 1983. Stamper recalls being bullied as a kid (mainly for him being poor and fat)

He animated for, and became the lead web designer for Newgrounds in 2003, presumably for being the only person who gave a shit about that aspect of the site. Similar to someone equally as retarded, he got his start of web design from working on various porn sites. He would then leave his spot at Newgrounds to work at The Behemoth.

That stint at NG got him to rub shoulders with other popular members, namely OneyNG, Spazkid, Shadman, and PsychicPebbles. They would form SleepyCabin, filming podcasts and ~~jerking off to Shad's drawings~~ helping each other with their animations. Later quitting this too to become what most people remember him for today.

San Diego

After departing from NG and SleepyCabin, he stayed in California to continue his work at The Behemoth. Like any person living in California, Stamper began to start using drugs and fell more into being a filthy degenerate. The more he sunk into his gooncave, the more he posted on Twitter and committed crimes. Posting videos of his encounters with police.

Homeless Lady Saga

In February 2019, Stamper let a homeless lady inside his house to prevent her from being gang raped. The gang she was hiding from found out about this and set their sight on Stamper, which he would live tweet about.

This saga on Twitter got him kicked off The Behemoth staff. With the SleepyCabin members also disowning him.

Arrest

On December 6th, 2021 Stamper was arrested for drunkdriving and having open cans of beer in the car, he was released two months later. Unemployed and unable to keep down owning a house, he moved in with his mom, where he is likely still to this day.
