On December 13, 1789, 26 people would be epically raped and 41 others injured after the most epic mass attack ever seen by the stinky snail-sucking, baguette eating people of the then Kingdom of France that only would be surpassed by the 13N attacks.
Le attentat
Our main player was then 39-year-old Louis Michel Rieul Billon, also known as Louis Michel Rieul-Billon (nicknamed Watchmaker Billon), he was locally famous in the city of Senils for being a watchmaker and extremely charming, but this fame didn't last much, after a money affair that went wrong, everyone turned on him and started hating him for said affair, causing him to feel injustice after the arquebusier commander kicked him out of the company, and so, he thought of an idea, louis started stockpiling a shit-ton of weapons for his revenge plan.
On the eventual day, a parade of arquebusiers were passing by, when, Louis, from his house, in a room where he stored all of his guns that he was going to use in the up-and-coming attack, opened fire on the parade, killing the commander, the main fucker who voted to kick him off the watchmaking company he was working in, killing 2 and injuring 3 people, obviously, he was spotted immediately after firing at a large ass crowd, this gave him an instant two stars wanted level, but he hid in his home and continued shooting some more people that were attempting to reach him before barricading inside of his home.

So far, he got 12 sweet kills with all his new toys, not bad considering this was the 17-fucking-80s, and any shooting that happened during those times were all one digit, he continued shooting but then the Knights rushed inside when Louis left the door semi-opened and managed to seize him, the Knights, trying to end this madness, did not expect a massive and explosive surprise, a crate completely full of powder in the house, you thought this revenge plan was going to be your typical mass shooting that ends with suicide? oh no, our boy Louis was packing with some serious shit, of course, that powder wasn't for decoration, he ended this 5-star-GTA-esque shooting by blowing his house up like a goddamn Micheal Bay movie, which caused 66 other random houses to also feel the impact of the blast, killing 14 other people, raising the death toll to 26 dead.
Shortly after this master move, he was arrested by le Compagnie des Chasseurs after being pulled out of the rubble and was hanged like the other random fags a day later.
Before this attack, he wrote a note expressing misanthropy and hatred of the Knights of Arquebus.
Aftermath
Considering this attack happened during the French Revolution, that pwanged 16,600 people, it didn't get any attention, and was pretty much forgotten easily like every mass shooting that happens in the JEWSA.
Even at that, after 235 years later, Louis is still the deadliest mass shooter in french history.
