Rodrigo Roa Duterte, also known as Duterte Harry, DU30, or simply Digong is a batshit insane IRL Troll and politician from the Phillipines, who rose to international infamy after managing to win the elections of his country on a campaign platform of initiating a final solution to the drug dealer problem by promising to see thousands of undesirables exterminated. He radically altered the country's future by challenging Obongo and abruptly shifting the country's loyalties and faith to Russia and China.

Unlike the pathetic failure that was the American war on drugs, Duterte's crusade has proven insanely effective- thousands of scumbags have been pwn'd by cops and citizens, promoting over 500,000 other shitheads to turn themselves in. This fact has made liberals pee their pants and wail their arms around with the intensity of a million trigglypuffs. The moral of the story: violence IS the answer. He also stated he was perfectly happy following Hitler's persecution campaign against undesirables.

Duterte had a meeting with John Kerry and Philip Goldberg, the US Ambassador to the Philippines in July 2016. Word leaked out that Duterte took great issue with the kike, getting into an argument with the snake and causing a scene. He then went on to later call him a faggot (bakla), a son of a bitch and an annoying rat. Goldberg cried pre-meeting over an incident where Duterte expressed disappointment that he couldn't have joined into a gang-rape of a girl (and raep her first) who lived in the city he was mayor in. Duterte challenged the faggot kike by stating he would cease all diplomatic ties with dumbfuckistan should he seize power.

Duterte told the nigger not to question him, promising to cease ties with Dumbfuckistan if Obongo fucks with his country.
