Decarlos Brown Jr. is a homeless dindu nuffin from North Carolina who became the hapless victim of an MKULTRA experiment that resulted in man-made objects being inserted into his body that forces him to commit random acts of violence all while the CIA demonically cackle at it through the cameras that they inserted into his eyes. During one such outburst, on August 22nd, 2025, their foreign objects mind-controlled him into enacting his most high-profile case yet with the completely unprovoked attack on Iryna Zarutska, a beautiful, white, Ukrainian immigrant who was stabbed three times in the neck, subsequently proving that she was ironically safer in her war-torn home country than she was sitting in front of a nigger on a rail way station. If only she was informed of the 15% rule, then she could have survived the American cities, but at least she didn’t die a racist. Decarlos Brown has a looong criminal history spanning some fourteen years and an even longer history of being let off easy; so chances are he will be found innocent by reason of insanity. Fortunately for Iryna, aryan prison gangs have vowed to get revenge on him.
