Paul Gerard Dobbins AKA nz is the founder of Global-Unity and former primary administrator of Boylove.net before they were both shut down in 2008. Paul Dobbins had a juvenile sex offender record and liked to brag on the Boylove.net forum boards that he was not on the registered version.

Paul Dobbins first came to our attention when LyricalCancer, claiming to be a 14-year-old kid, mentioned that he lived with Paul and they ran the Boylove.net Website. After we sent police to investigate, his "victim" turned out to be a 22-year-old female transgender, Jack who was most likely posing as a child to lure other children into the pedophile online community.

Paul and Jack are avid gamers, playing World of Warcraft and Xbox 360 games online. Paul Dobbins was very cocky claiming he could "hide" his activities from the law, but when the cops came calling at Allaloneboy's house, nz shut down both Global-Unity and Boylove.net within 24 hours.

Our Investigation

The following steps have been taken in our investigation of nz, which led us to his real name of Paul Gerard Dobbins:

  • We noticed the pedophile website Global-Unity and began to research ownership of the site and domain. Ownership records showed that the site was registered to Paul Gerard Dobbins of Oregon using the same e-mail address the pedophile nz used.
  • When LyricalCancer began posting on the pedophile forum boards that he was 14 and had an "Adult Friend" named nz who founded Global-Unity, we called police to investigate.
  • Law enforcement confirmed Paul Gerard Dobbins lived at the address with Jack Kaiser (who turned out to be a 22 year old female transgender posing as a kid).
