Lonnie Keys AKA LGT (Little Girl Thrills) is a convicted child sex offender and was also a moderator on a now-defunct internet message board for pedophiles known as "Lil'Girl."
While Keys is a convicted child sex offender, he doesn't appear on any public sex offender registry, due to the fact that his offense was committed prior to sex offender laws being enacted that required sex offenders to appear on a public registry.
Keys position as a moderator on the "Lil' Girl" forums wasn't his only involvement in message boards for pedophiles, he also made several posts on the popular pedophile message board GirlChat.
