Update: Due to coordination of our team and members of the Rainbow Family, Carr was arrested on 11/17/11 in Arizona and is awaiting extradition back to Colorado.
Charles Lawrence Carr AKA Charlie Eatit is a sex offender who is wanted by the police for not registering as a sex offender for second degree sexual assault in 1999 and possibly 2002. He has been on the run from the police since at least 6/21/10. He is living mostly in the woods with other Rainbow Family, most of whom do not have access to the internet, and thus have no knowledge of his crimes. Several people who know him are afraid of him, and have been afraid to go to the police with this information.
He is wanted in El Paso County Colorado for failing to register. He travels all over the country and has access to thousands of women and children.
Charles Carr also goes to many concerts across the country.
Our Investigation
- This individual was reported to us anonymously by a Rainbow Family member who is afraid for his/her fellow travelers.
- Verification of this information was very simple, since his picture on his facebook page matches his picture on his sex offender pages perfectly.
