Philia is a pro-pedophile website, designed to provide support for christian pedophiles. It was created by Heather Elizabeth Peterson, A.K.A. Dusk Peterson, in 1998. Her writings, as well as the writings of self-professed pedophiles, such as Bach are stored on Philia.
Mission Statement
"The purpose of the Philia sites is to provide information on the ways in which minor-attracted adults approach their faith lives and the ways in which faith communities and secular society are attempting to support and guide minor-attracted adults.
