Samuel Allen Kersey AKA Memnoch is a self-proclaimed pedophile and alcoholic that has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and ADHD. He now professes in his posts that he is living in Thailand, possibly with a young boy he refers to as "G". Memnoch has also stated that his half-sister owns and runs a company that does lie detector tests on sex offenders, and that she recognizes him for what he is -- a pedophile. Memnoch has also served time in jail, last being released in 2001.

These are the steps we took to verify that Memnoch was actually Samuel Allen Kersey:

Memnoch made a post to the pedophile board BoyChat that linked to the email address [email protected].
When searching the website associated with the email address, http://www.nirvanaimports.com, we saw that the name Allen K was signed at the bottom of the page.
Doing a WHOIS search on the domain nirvanaimports.com, we saw that the site was registered to Samuel A Kersey at the following address: P.O. Box 99800, EmeryVille, CA 94662.
On multiple boychat posts here and here, Memnoch signed his posts with the name "Metta", as well.
To further confirm that Memnoch/Metta was Samuel A. Kersey, we came across an amazon book review signed "Samuel A Kersey - Metta kid (Disneyland CA)".
Amazon has a real*name verifier system that requires the person to register a credit card in his name before he is allowed to review books. This review has the "Real Name" logo on it from Amazon.
Finally, doing a public records search, we were able to find a Samuel Allen Kersey in CA, which lists his age as 41, his birthday as 06/01/1965, and the multiple previous addresses listed below.
