Augusto Pinochet
Augusto Pinochet is Hitler's second reincarnation (Electric Boogaloo), he was a high militar rank ChileanSpic, who was a Dictator from 1973 to 1988, and killed over 9000 commies purely for the lulz. Most of Chile's rich families loved him, since rich and beautiful people know what is good, but the poor socialists are all leftards and made big drama when the pinochetists changed "dictatorship" to "Militar Goverment" in 6 Graders History Textbooks.

Once upon a time... there was a Commie called Salvador Allende, he was doing it wrong since is proved that communism is fail. It was a windy midday of the 11 of September, 1973. The military was going to the Government HQ, lots of tanks and helicopters were decorating such beautiful scene, they were there. The tanks bombed "La Moneda", it was super effective!.
Salvador, looking at that scene, took his gun (a Cubanfag gived it to him, a.k.a. Fidel Castro), and decided to be An Hero. The military took the power, making something like a government commitee. They choosed our Dear Lord, Augusto Pinochet.
Meanwhile he was in his bullet-proof car, some random FARC-ish niggers shot a small rocket to it, they failed and Pinochet answered with "Operation Albania", where he killed 12 of them. A great IRL troll.
During his government, he sent lots of commies and liberals to an Island near Easter Island for killing them later. All for the lulz and for great justice. Also, he stole money from taxes for the Air Force.
He almost made Pinochet's Young manipulating public education and adding some military anthems to the school's anthem.

Aftermath
