DeAndre Harris is a nig-nog and veteran of the Battle of Charlottesville. He was videoed being beaten in an underground parking garage by some white men armed with scaffolding poles or something.

Then in October 2017, DeAndre Harris was arrested in connection with the beating.

You got it. DeAndre Harris actually started the fight by coming equipped with a cosh and beating an old guy over the head with it, while trying to steal his flag. (The cosh was a heavy rubber-clad flashlight, which Harris was obviously carrying in case the Sun suddenly went out.) Harris then tried to escape justice by fleeing, and was chased into the nearby underground garage (visible in the background) where he received a well-earned extrajudicial pummelling. But for some reason, as seen in the videos at the top of this page, the old media only filmed Harris getting beaten and they left the old white guy lying unconscious in the street.

It's not entirely clear why Felicia Harris thinks she might have grounds to sue the City of Charlottesville, since her son is legally an adult and not even living with her. On the other hand, there are two Felicia Harrises listed in official records as living in Charlottesville.

Coincidentally, both of them are undischarged bankrupts. This means that neither of the women called Felicia Harris has (a) any money or (b) any prospect of getting credit. (If they are actually two different people in the first place, since one of them uses several known aliases)

So there are two women in Charlottesville who are desperately short of cash and no doubt pray every night for a large sum of money from out of nowhere. They both have the same name as DeAndre Harris's mother, who is contemplating a baseless and vexatious lawsuit against the City of Charlottesville - probably in the hope that the city will settle out of court to avoid bad publicity. You do the math.
