Well, ya know what they say; shows made for kids get adults' attention, shows made for adults get kids' attention. It's like Yin and Yang. It's (Not) Your Fault is what happens when you don't pay enough attention to your child. They make self-insert comics on DeviantArt about underage children conceiving babies, apparently. This god forsaken comic is living proof that the human imagination is both a bless and a horrendous curse.
Summary
Taking place 11 years after the events of the show, we begin the comic with our protagonist Luna Loud, who is now in her 20s. She apparently cut ties with her family because of something terrible that happened. She wants to visit them but she's afraid to, as her brother Lincoln had a daughter with her ex-girlfriend Sam, who is aware that she is an accident. Luna runs away by the time she arrives to the house. She ends up finding her old high school and is reminded about the good times she had there. Most of the story consists of flashbacks. Our main flashback consists of Luna and her friends who share a band, including her then-girlfriend Sam. One of the band members named Mazzy, who is a self-insert of the creator of the comic, submitted their band to a contest, meaning they have a few days to write new songs for it. As the days go by, Luna gets stressed out that she's the only member of the group doing any actual work, and gets into an argument with Sam, who Luna proceeds to make fun of for not having a daddy. Sam proceeds to have a mental breakdown and runs out of the school.
Lincoln later finds her sitting on a park bench in the rain crying. Lincoln invites her to his house, where she, 15 years old, casually trauma dumps to an 11-year-old boy. She also tells Lincoln that she feels more comfortable around him then her own girlfriend because he reminds her of her little brother (which makes the ending to this comic even more disgusting), who she hasn't spoken to since her daddy left her. The two decide to chill at the house and even dance together, in which Sam gets aroused and thinks to herself "What is this feeling?" YEAH, TOTALLY NORMAL THING TO FEEL REGARDING AN ELEVEN YEAR OLD BOY. Meanwhile, Rusty, one of Lincoln's friends from school, is plotting revenge against Lincoln because he is tired of Lincoln bragging about his girlfriend Stella. Rusty discovers that Lincoln is hanging out with Sam and decides to photoshop an image of the two kissing, and would then proceed to post it on the school's Facebook group. THIS WOULD HAVE LASTING CONSEQUENCES. Luna would come home and discover the photoshopped image and would get understandably pissed off. I mean, if you were tricked into thinking your girlfriend was making out with your younger brother, you'd be pissed off too right? But NOPE! This comic portrays Luna as the villain when she's completely in the right for getting upset! Luna would proceed to give both Lincoln and Sam the Will Smith treatment and would both disown Lincoln and break up with Sam. However, the two would get it worse at school, with Sam being accused of being a pedophile (which is later revealed to be true), and Stella breaking up with Lincoln.
With the family falling apart over the incident, Lincoln would get a mysterious text message from an unknown phone number a few days later, telling him to meet them behind the school. Lincoln would proceed to do so as a fucking idiot and would find out the text message came from Sam, who used her brother's phone to text Lincoln. Sam would then reveal that she is intoxicated from drinking her sorrows away, which would lead to her becoming obsessed with Lincoln and revealing to be an actual child predator. Sam would proceed to do something so disgusting that even Chris Savino himself would hate it. A few days after this, it would be revealed that the photoshopped image of the two was indeed doctored. However, the damage has already been done. Lincoln and Sam would both be left traumatized over the incident. The final panel of the comic would then reveal that Sam is pregnant with Lincoln's child.
Reception
The comic would be praised by the DeviantArt faggots who have too much time on their hands. However, every normal human being universally panned and criticized it.
