Reparations
Reparations (Rape-a-nation) or sometimes Niggertax, is the ridiculous, and ruinous idea that black Americans should be paid for the purchase, and agricultural utilization of their ancestors, by a small group of southern snobs, who were too lazy to pick cotton, and had to ruin it for everyone else. This Bullshit was mostly thought up by the democrats to make sure Blacky will cast his vote for the right party, which in this case, is the left party, and by Niggers themselves, because profit.
Reparations?
To repair something means to restore something, or someone to it's former condition, which in this specific case would mean to send Blacks back to Africa which is quite an unpleasant place to be, if compared with the outlook of living in the USA, with a big stack of cash. This idea was allready tried by well meaning people in the 19th century. The african country of Liberia was established to be the new home of freed Slaves from America, and despite of having to go through some hard and challenging times, it has turned into a cannibal filled, and war torn shithole with twenty different flavours of AIDS.
Who should pay?
What do you think who will pay, you Moron? The Taxpayer of course, that means you, but also people who actually have a job and an income. Not to mention that everyone who depends on welfare for good reasons(Cripples, Retards, the Insane,...), will be fucked, because the gubernment will have to cut back on things which are important, but not as virtuous and praiseworthy. In short, people who never even ownd a slave, will have to pay for it.
Who gets paid?
At this point in time, very likely everyone who can pass as black, not taking into account if the person in question, actually had ancestors who were brought to the land of the free as farm equipement. All this is sometimes justified by the current hardships Blacks have to endure because of white racism which is even worse than during the time the Ku-Klux-Klan ran amusement Parks. If you are an Indian (Dot not Feather) you should shave your head, and try to apply for reparations, people will notice, but since everyone is far too scared to be called a racist, nobody will question you. If someone should question your blackness, tell them that they are as bad as Hitler.
California
The great state of California recently decided that it considers paying every black person in CA, up to $1.2M because California is guilty of never having Slavery, and therefore never abolishing it. If this goes through it will rip a hole the size of Jupiter into the state budget (some 17 Trillions) and cause a massexodus of Californicators to Texas, where they dont give a shit, or Mexico, where they give even less of a shit.
Expected Outcome
If someone does not know how to handle money, then the ammount of money wont really make a difference in regard of them ending up broke after blowing said money on stupid shit like rims, grills for barely existing teeth, or hair extensions. It is to be expected that this cash injection will lead to more crime, no investments into local communities, education, or anything else of value, but a spike in sales for vanity products.
