Keep Calm and Carry On
ALERT: THIS IS A FORCED MEME |
Keep Calm and Carry On will be posted by the same unfunny newfag until you like it. |
'Keep Calm and Carry On' is a phrase originating from a series of propaganda posters issued by the British government during World War II, when that naughty Hitler was really rustling everybody's jimmies.
The posters featured the phrase in question accompanied by the crown of King George VI on a brightly colored, patriotic blue or red background and were intended to be displayed on public transport and in shop windows to boost morale should Britain ever be invaded by the Gnatsees. However, since that didn't happen, the posters were never seen by the public until after the war, when the only people left alive were fat, entitled babyboomers and their obnoxious, workshy spawn.
The phrase 'Keep Calm and Carry On' has since become IRL forced meme and, as a result, has been run into the fucking ground. It can currently be seen adorning posters, T-shirts, mugs, tea towels and all other manner of overpriced shit ravenously consumed by fat, cultureless American fucktards and smug, hipster twats who think that "OMG OLD BRITISH THINGS ARE LIEK SOOOOOO CUTE AND FUNNY!!"
There were also two other posters produced, reading 'Your Courage, Your Cheerfulness, Your Resolution Will Bring Us Victory' and 'Freedom is in Peril', but nobody gives a shit about them because they can't be easily modified into something unfunny.

One for all fat girls.

And another for all the golliwogs, pickaninnies and roody-poos!

Even Christfags are getting in on the act.
-
Is anybody even the least bit surprised that the Harry Potter fags found something else to cram their fandom into?
-
A much more accurate summation of the current situation.
-
This one is especially obnoxious, because British people don't eat cupcakes. They eat fairy cakes.
-
Well, well, well, look who made their own variation. What a surprise. This is so unlike them.
-
Truly, there can be nothing more true to the essense of punk than a mass produced variant of a mass produced poster referencing an album made by a bunch of sellout media whores.

This one is kinda funny, if only because the wand logo at the top looks more like a sperm.
-
PROTIP: 'TARDIS' is actually slang. For 'anus'
-
This one has made me genuinely quite angry.
-
No surprise to see those unfunny nerds that feel the need to crowbar Cthulhu into everything getting in on the act.
-
American tourists take note! This is sure to endear you to the native population of Great Britain.
-
Because wearing a T-shirt with this on it definitely shows everybody that you're the sort of popular person that gets invited to a lot of parties.
