Oliver had a rough childhood.

Oliver Hart (who goes by oliver or oliverr on IRC) serves as Encyclopedia Dramatica's token black man, proving that everyone there isn't racist. He is also very territorial. Under the impression that NKO is actually black in real life, Oliver dedicates most his time to harassing this sysop. What he doesn't know is that NKO is actually some white boy who is still a virgin.
