Charles Ramsey is an American gentleman of color whose enjoyment of fast-food and salsa was rudely interupted one afternoon in May 2013 by the escape of some loli, long presumed dead, after their kidnappers foolishly left them unattended. It has been said that Ramsey took undue credit for his role in the rescue and that it was a "group effort" made by members of the local neighbourhood however some argue that anyone claiming this is a jelly bitch and should probably STFU given that their 'closely-knit neighbourhood' housed three kidnapped children for the best part of a decade and nobody gave enough of a fuck about the place to notice.
