Boris Malagurski
Boris Malagurski (born August 11, 1988) is a Serbian right-wing extremist, ultranationalist, conspiracy theorist and a self-declared adherent of genocidal butcher Slobodan Milosevic, who resides in Canada. He is also a Wikipedia sockpuppeteer and self-promoter who has written autobiographies of himself in several languages. In addition, he makes what he calls "films."
Wikipedia sockpuppetry in service of Milosevic
He used to push pro-Milosevic views as a Wikipedia editor named Bormalagurski. After being more or less permanently banned in 2007, he returned using a multitude of accounts including Cinéma C and UrbanVillager, and still remains at large on Wikipedia. His attempt to write an autobiography initially failed; however, having being recreated several times, it survived multiple nominations for deletion.
Although he spends most of the day sockpuppeteering on Wikipedia, he also manages to make independent "films." These are essentially hard-right Serbian nationalist propaganda with all the production values of a home movie from 1987, in which they portray the Serbs as the noble yet oppressed victims of the wars they started against neighbouring countries, and Milosevic as the greatest hero of them all. In many ways, Boris Malagurski is the Serbian-Canadian counterpart of Tom Metzger.
In addition to his pro-Milosevic escapades on the English Wikipedia, he has managed to get desysopped and banned by his fellows over at the Serbian Wikipedia, as his nationalist views were too extreme even for them.
Characteristic of his self-promotion is his claim on Wikipedia that he was the "Winner, Silver Palm Award, 2009." In reality, he was one of 14 winners in the category "student films", and one of 76 winners overall of said award (after 13 other students had been awarded their Golden Palms) at an obscure film festival in Mexico, where literally everyone got an award.
He is the son of Brankislavskiakianusski Malagurski and Slavica Svetlanaskoja Malagurska, Serbian genocidal nationalists from Subotica.

Seriously, Jiimbo, you need to do something about the rampant promotional abuse of TOW by Serbian ultranationalists, conspiracy theorists and fans of genocide like Boris.

Boris failed spectacularly at his RFA in 2006, in which he, true to his assburger personality, revealed that his main hobby is editing Wikipedia. The majority of users in the discussion were not impressed, and described him as a Serbian nationalist, noting his attempted whitewashing of Slobodan Milosevic and the sockpuppets used to support his nomination.
