Bruce Waugh

Bruce Waugh is a 51-year old sick IRL Canadian child molester, his entire life consisted of touching little girls and not being sent to jail for it. So basically he's Teruchan in the flesh if Teru were to actually molest little girls and stole their various private clothing items. His latest victim this year was a 17-year old named Bobby-Raie who was already being molested by her family members anyway.

His goal in life is to move out of Whitehorse and fly to Ontario with a 12-year old girl and "marry" her, despite being a christian and stating to follow the laws of God including not to harm children. His newest victims were three twelve-year old girls who were said by the RCMP to be molested as well, being repeatedly kissed and touched around their genital areas. Spooner - A 69-year old who's now "in a relationship" with 17-year old Bobby-Raie, because he's a sick nutcase he also has a history of molesting little girls. He's identical to Bruce in every way other than appearance and age, states to want to "marry" Bobby-Raie when she's 21 and take her out to various bars even though he's $79,000 dollars in debt.
