Ever since the heyday of A-Log, you'd think that numerous aspiring trolls and Chris Chan commentators would get the memo that troll shielding by going after one of their fellow spergs would only make them much more laughable targets. But no, it actually worked the other way around, and it brought about even more troll shielders, who seek to make fun of the bloated corpse of the king dead horse of the internet in order to distract from their own downfalls (or even cover up disturbing shit).
Nobody fits the bill better than Ruben Guzman.
The Man, The Myth, The Man Taking a Seat Right Over There
Ruben Guzman (also known as Ruben--X, The-Postal-Dude, The-Financier, Dumpster-Fire Comics and likely more) is a wannabe womanizer, self-proclaimed asshole and the true and honest creator of some mediocre Sonichu parody. Akin to many before him, he acts like your average internet tough guy, most likely to make up for what little prowess he has offline.
Taking off his the internet-mask, the painted Ruben doesn't show in reality, Ruben Buzzedman is a 30-year old neckbeard that still lives with his parents in Illinois and probably can't drive anything other than his bent sex drive. Since he is almost too pathetic in real life, his only chance to get any sort of companionship is hitting on whatever girl he can find online or using fictional characters to fill for his romantic partners, if you ever feel scared of this dude, don't be because he's a fucking coward. He constantly flirts with anything that has tits, and to put it in a darker perspective, age doesn't mean shit to him either, more on that later.
History
Ruben started out on deviantART as early as 2012. His first account didn't have much aside from one picture and a shit ton of selfies (mind you, he passes himself off as the handsomest motherfucker on the planet), and it was abandoned quite quickly. He created a brand new account at least a year later, and he started by joining in on the anti Pooh's Adventures bandwagon, which led to him getting a small following. He continued on that account until he gave it to one of his buddies in 2015. On his later account, he began the mediocre "parody" known as Sonikku, which, thanks to Chris Chan somehow still being relevant, got him more followers, but it all came to a head when it was revealed that his bottomless appetite for women expanded to some pretty dark territory. He dated this one girl and he showed signs of immense paranoia when she spent time with her loved ones. Even better, he flirts (via RPs) with any girl who's unfortunate to cross paths with him, and this is online, god help us all if he did this in real life. Long story short, he left dA, came back on a new account, closed it within a day and came back once more claiming to start anew (which ultimately went nowhere). And the legend doesn't end there. To this day, Ruben has yet to keep his pants on in the online presence of a girl, regardless of the age difference. He pretends that he's not a pedophile for flirting with minors, but he also pretends he's a decent human being, so one can see his acting skills at work. His taste in women is as well-developed as his sense of humor, of course. One such subject that really makes Ruben laugh is the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States. Nothing quite like the burning bodies of the innocent to get a chuckle out of this "charming" character. Don't worry, he's totally reformed for the better.

One notable littlun Ruben used his noodle with around 2017-2018. At first, He painted this himself as some sort of misunderstood loner who just needed some love but his true intentions started poking out like a demons horns because despite knowing DAMN WELL she was underaged, a 20-year old Ruben effortlessly got a guilty-feeling Nikki under his thumb. He got her to draw porn for him and share nudes regularly as Ruben grew violently attached to them and would constantly want more. Things started going down when he started threatening to beat up a 14 year old girl that Nikki was dating because he wasn't getting any more wank bank material from her.
He would slither back to her life a few months later claiming that he is trying to change. Nikki and another girl again believed his bullshit and the groom wheel mobile strolled for a bit longer. The true colors of his would eventually would reveal as his online persona kept taking a back seat to him in real life. Eventually she ditched his pathetic ass sometime after he once got drunk and chatted with them.

SodaPopSpy17 aka Dayanara (Daniel) Diane DeJesus is an online artist and a rather tragic case of grooming. Having been sexually traumatized when she was 12, as the years passed Danny girl's perception of what love, friendships, and relationships are has been absolutley warped and broken beyond repair. She is more like an octopus that will quickly grow attached and cling to any "good-looking" man she spots until she spots someone else, a Love-less Lust Cycle if anything. Daniel admits to having severe trust issues as it shows because she is VERY EASY to manipulate and immediately get trust from due to this. Something Ruben, and many others before and after him, friend or foe, take full advantage of.
Around same time as the whole Nikki thing was happening, a 16-year old Danny girl met Ruben through another friend of hers as Ruben wanted someone to draw him porn. After a few days of talking about porn, Ruben started flirting with her. just like with Nikki, she ate it up like a fucking thanksgiving meal. He also used the victim card and blamed DA for his last ban so nothing changed after last time and even after being told her age, he kept the dirty talk coming, despite being told Dan was already with another man, he wanted a relationship with her which she could not resist and she just simped for this dude. She started making fanart for his persona. Noticing this overly sexual nature, Ruben took full advantage of this and would often ask her to masturbate on camera for him which according to her, triggered flashbacks to her groomer from when she was 12. Luckily, this time she was smart enough to not give in to Ruben.
Her "friendship" with Ruben like future relationships she got into, would cost her several friends and one being her close friend SkyhawkJD as she drove him away. it didn't fully get to her until she saw Ruben's true colors when he left her for what now, was the first time. Read this and keep it in mind for the remainder of this segment because its very important.
Daniel was reasonably pissed with Ruben and joined the whole Ruben drama bandwagon on Kiwi Farms and DA giving most of the stuff shown here.
The hatred eventually ended around 2022, as she was yet again manipulated into trusting Ruben who through his current account, showed he never changed. Remember what was said above to read that because she literally fell right back into the second paragraph of that DA journal because not only is she a white-knight for Ruben, she's a pretty bad one. Just like with anyone she is friends with, if You call Ruben out for his actions or take any slight disgust in this pedophile's bullshit, you will and only will get a response from her almost all the time, guaranteed. But don't worry, because these responses are the equivalence to a little itty-bitty, vicious, and feisty chihuahua on a lawn jumping around angrily trying to attack a mailman but because it's on a short chain and can't reach, it just angrily barks in a cute tone that doesn't even intimidate. That's right she'll defend by either, denying everything or hurling the same 5 insults since she is just as creative as Ruben. She really is not worth engaging with so don't even bother with her because she will learn sometime.

To put it bluntly, you could be the most talented artist on the internet, but that doesn't distract from the faggotry you express. Ruben's artwork looks like something Chris Chan would make if he used PaintTool SAI. It's just barely above passable. If he hadn't embarked on milking a lolcow as dry as Chris Chan to the point he ripped off the utters, he would be forgettable at best, and the quality of his artwork would be left alone. But no, he takes it a step further. Embracing the A-Log that dwells within him, he frequently went after artists who had shit artwork in order to take the heat off of himself.

This is Ruben's attempt at epic win, a parody of Sonichu, which seals his fate as a try-hard troll shielder. If you could retract your Chris Chan hazing boner long enough, you could easily see the issues with the comic.
- It's supposed to be a parody of Sonichu, but it's full of elements that detract from the source material, as well as cliched parody tropes and other bile, which really bring down the comic.
- The name is unoriginality at its finest. All it really is is the Japanese name for Sonic. That's right, Ruben has less originality than the very man he's trying to leech off of.
Following the closure of the account he hosted the comic on, it's possible that the comic will be lost to the sands of the internet.
