Herbert Hoover

Herbert Clark Hoover is the Chinese asset man known for ruining more lives than the It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia gang. He was elected president in 1928 because his campaign aimed for a "final triumph over poverty". Ironically the stock market crashed a few months later and he never bothered to fix it, leading to the Great Depression. He was so bad, everyone calls his successor FDR one of the best presidents ever just for undoing what he did.
During the Great Depression, he became so unpopular that people threw rotten food at him in the streets wherever he traveled. Despite this, he had the balls to run for re-election in 1932 and lost in a landslide to FDR. Throughout his life afterwards, his only friend was the president that nuked Japan during WWII. When his presidential library opened in 1962, almost no one went there. He died at age 90 from internal bleeding, though it was probably self-inflicted.
