Melissa Lucio

Melissa Elizabeth Lucio is a fat, abusive, drug-addicted Mexican-American welfare queen and mother of 14 who is currently on death row in Texas for the 2007 murder of her 14th welfare ticket, 2-year-old Mariah Alvarez. Melissa's supporters insist that young Mariah's death was a result of her "accidentally" falling down the stairs and claim that Melissa is on death row for a crime that never happened. This explanation, however, fails to explain why Mariah had a broken arm that had been untreated for weeks, clumps of hair forcibly pulled from her head, and Melissa's bite marks on her back. Oh, and did we mention that Melissa admitted to "pinching" Mariah's vagina as a form of punishment?

Autopsy Findings

	“	The condition of Mariah's body indicated that she had been severely abused. There were bruises in various stages of healing covering her body, there were bite marks on her back, one of her arms had been broken probably about two to seven weeks before her death, and she was missing portions of her hair where it had been pulled out by the roots.	„
