Biography
Not much is known about Thomas, other than him being a registered sex offender for possessing child pornography, his collaboration with MuchoZucko, and appearing on various random porn websites. There is a possible an answer as to why Tom Pearl eats his own shit which has been stated by Tom Pearl himself on MuchoZucko and then a Redditfag on the (now defunct) r/TomPearl subreddit:

It is now known that Tom Pearl somehow has managed to find himself a wife, Lorena Fernanda Cedeno-Pearl who is from Ecuador. There is a lot to be speculated around this marriage. It is also known that Tom Pearl has quite the extended family including a possible brother named Bill who looks like a fat version of Tom (the facial resemblance is UNCANNY), many of his extended family can be found via his wife's facebook friends by simply searching "Pearl" although it appears that Tom Pearl himself is a rennaisance man who opts to not have social media. Seemingly, his wife and family are blissfully unaware of his shit eating mischief.
