KIDS Act

The KIDS Act stands for "Kids Internet and Digital Safety Act". In reality, it should be called the Killing the Internet and Digital Suffering Act or KOSA Lite). The KIDS Act was passed by the USA's Congress on June 29, 2026 with 267-117 votes, and you should be praying that it gets voted down in the USA Senate.

The KIDS Act hides behind the quiet propaganda and sacred cows that its goal is a federal bill to protect children; Also claims to regulate how tech companies treat minors online, with digital safety proposals to enforce platform safeguards, restrict targeted advertising to youth, regulate AI chatbots, and mandate age-verification for sexually explicit websites. In reality, this is just another subtle bill like the Patriot Act that is designed to quietly take away Constitutional Rights.

First and foremost, what you should be afraid of, is that IF this bill is passed by the Senate and signed into law by USA Prez Donald Trump, (because of pressure from boomers who are afraid of free expression on the internets,) that it would lead to the unconstitutional censorship of constitutionally protected speech, as well as limiting minors' access to vital resources - much like how you always get a PC response from Google's AI when you try to search for a negative belief on a political issue.

You will get a Google AI response that will politely tell you that you are an antisemite and will lead youo only to Jewish approved websites, while you are put on a list by the National Security Agency because you might possibly be a Jew hater..

If the KIDS Act is passed into law, you can expect to see more of this PC bullshit being played out on the internets except that you will have the Internet Police wearing their standard issue military boots , kicking in your door because you used the word spic or wetback when describing a beaner.

So What Is The KIDS Act?

KIDS Act, or KOSA Lite is a corrupt compromise between the USA Government, tech giants like Elon Musk's Xitter and bad parents who can't figure out how to use already-available internet "safety controls" on their kids' devices.

One of the most important things that you should be aware of is that despite the KIDS Act saying that it does not require age verification, because everyone knows how they were saying they were 18 when they got ahold of their Dad's credit card, because they clicked on scam-advertisements about Emma Watson, from Harry Potter, doing a video of her taking it in the pooper and "just had to see it", websites are expected to always know a user's age regardless. If a user, God forbid, lies about their age, the website's algorithm guesses wrong or the website's photo-scan is fooled by a fake mustache and beard - it suddenly is a website's responsibility to still have known the user's age.

To avoid government actions against them and an internet lawsuit getting placed against them because someone Photoshopped a dick in a girl's mouth and made her have a mental breakdown, websites will soon be asking for more srs evidence such as a Driver's License or Passport to be allowed to use their site.

So, thanks to bad parenting, if the KIDS Act gets passed by the Senate and signed into USA law by Donald Trump, your 12-year-old ass won't be able to just click "I'm 18" and be able to access a site. You'll have to steal your dad's driver license number and plug it into a third-party website to be able to enter into this great experiment of limiting the First Amendment.

For legal reasons and if this pre-packaged retardation-on-paper should ever get passed into USA law, we're just going to say that we're just predicting a possible scenario that a kid with an IQ over 60 might use to bypass the system.

Censorship

The first question we should be asking is, "Why the hell are we talking about this when it already exists?"

Just listen to the radio. For years, channels played Pink Floyd's "Money" with no problems whatsoever, but nowadays because of crybaby snowflakes, the word "bullshit" has to be censored out of the line "Don't give me that do-goody-good bullshit" because someone's feelings might get hurt by a word. Seriously, modern radio censorship is Bullshit.

Take Dire Straits "Money For Nothing". Again, for years radio stations had no problem playing the uncensored version with the word Faggot in the lines, "See the little faggot with the earring and the make up/Yeah, buddy, that's his own hair/That little faggot got his own jet airplane/That little faggot, he's a millionaire" but now, because it might offend a Pillow Bitter, the word Faggot has been taken out.

Now we're looking at our Internets getting the same treatment with the Government always looking over our shoulder telling us what we can and can not see.

For the most part, The KIDS Act is designed to reel in social media sites like Facebook, JewTube and X by allowing the government to decide how platforms can be built and imposing restrictions that will censor the speech of adults and minors alike.

The beauty of the KIDS Act is that it requires most online speech platforms to maintain policies and procedures to “address” Bullshit posts that target minors like: scams, physical threats, sexual abuse, and distribution or use of drugs, tobacco, gambling, or alcohol. On the other hand, pay to win games on XBox and Playstation can keep getting away with kids gambling their Allowances away with loot boxes hoping to get that ultra rare rifle or sword that has 0.1% odds.

The exact policies and procedures platforms must maintain are not spelled out. As with the entirety of the KIDS Act, enforcement lies in the hands of the Federal Trade Commission and all 50 states, which can sue any platform they claim violates these requirements.

Now when you're dealing with a social media site like X that has billions and billions of posts everyday there is no way for the site to Police every post to make sure that no naughty stuff is going on short of Shutting it down.

Ah, see that. That's the power of the KIDS Act. It lets the government set up Internet Police stations on social media sites and allow them to threaten and shut down sites like JewTube if they don't play by the Government's rules.

If a post somehow gets through and a Kid sees a Boobie on a site like Facebook, if they don't play by Big Government's expectations and handle the PTSD that this kid gets from seeing a Tit, the Thought Police can come in, take over the site and run it how they see fit because the FTC is given carte blanche and allowed to punish any site that violates the "Rules" of the KIDS Act in ways it deems fit.

It's Bullshit like this that makes the Darknet look more and more appealing.

Private Messaging

So, some sick fuck's desires have them wanting to send a private message to that 13-year-old boy or girl, who will most likely turn out to be Chris Hansen or an FBI agent; That sicko wants to tell the minor how "Special" they think the kid is. The KIDS Act would make some changes to private messaging that will make stalking kids online a bit more difficult.

First and foremost, the KIDS Act would put a ban on "Self-Deleting" or "Ephemeral" messaging for anyone 17 years or younger. Creeps won't be able to send that dick pic to their "favorite" 12-year-old and have it delete after x-amount of time, after it's been opened. Furthermore, pedos won't have the screen-protection where thy can block someone from screenshotting pictures sent in the hopes of grooming kids to the idea that an age-differences of 30 years are totally alright for a relationship with a tween.

Then, there are the "Stranger Danger" controls. Parents will be able to set who can message their child. It's not absolutely perfect, as predators will likely learn to fake their age from darkweb forums, in order to sneak around the age settings. Parents will be able to set what age-groups can contact their child and block accounts that have no age set. If an user absolutely frightens parents, they're able to completely block their child from receiving and sending private messages.

For added fun, parents will even be able to have their child's private messages sent to their email account so that if someone sneaks past these safeguards, they can just report the pervert's ass right to the Feds.

We here at æ do support this section of the KIDS Act, to a certain point, because it doesn't involve Censorship, and is more about protecting children from creepers online. If this section of the KIDS Act can put more sick fucks behind bars where they'll have an "accidental fall" from the fourth tier of a cell block, we're all for it.

AI "Companions"

If it made a sound, then you'd be hearing our eyeballs rolling into the back of our heads.

The KIDS Act is trying to regulate these programs because it gives NEETS even more of an excuse to never leave their basement.

Experts are saying that AI Companions give children unrealistic expectations when it comes to relationships, because AI Girlfriends are programmed to be sycophantic, obedient, always agree with them and can be designed by the user to fit their expectations of what their partner should look and behave like.

Even more so, experts warn that too many kids are using these programs for romance, emotional support, and serious conversations instead of going outside, touching grass, talking to a girl, making a friend or even braving the Sun to realize a world actually exists outside of their own basement.

Countries like China and Japan blame these apps/programs for their nose-diving populations because why should someone go outside and risk having their ego bruised by rejection? Instead, they can create an AI lover that will never say no to them.

These experts warn that these AI Girlfriends\Boyfriends can lead to unrealistic expectations when it comes to a real relationship. They claim that these AI lovers can cause users to develop unrealistic, unhealthy, self-centered ideas about relationships where they believe that the world revolves only around themself. In other words, an average autistic personality, like Chris-chan.

The big thing that the KIDS Act wants is a constant reminder from the basement dweller's digital girlfriend, telling them that she is fake/AI and that they should go outside and talk to a real person. In so few words, lawmakers want AI to repeat what users' mothers have been telling them every day and every hour of the week.

Imagine this: In just a few years they'll be able to attach these AI Personalities to fuck toys like a Realdoll, give it facial expressions, animate it to look like it is actually responding, make it sound like it's having and enjoying sex with their Quasimodo-looking lover and even say, "It's OK.
