Elaine Marie Herzberg was a 49-year-old homeless drug addict from Arizona who, on March 18, 2018, decided to demonstrate the dangers of jaywalking in the middle of the goddamn night by jaywalking in the middle of the goddamn night and getting hit by a driverless Ubermobile – thus making her the first known fatality that resulted from a driverless car. To add to the hilarity of this incident, the human backup-driver in the Uber car was a fat, tranny spic and convicted felon named Rafaela Vasquez who ended up being outed and shamed by the media for absolutely no reason following the accident.
In response to Elaine's death, her dumb friends immediately called for Uber to be shut down despite the fact that the accident was 100% Elaine's own fault.
