Kharisma Jati (a.k.a. Kjati) is a 38-year-old Indonesian comic artist who is basically what you'd get if you tossed the sheer batshit insanity of Junji Ito, the artistic style of Benkyo Tamaoki and the broken moral compass of Shadman into a blender, set the power dial to "Destroy Evidence" and then switched it the fuck on.
The Sheila's Playground Rule 34 Incident
Sheila's Playground is a webcomic by Sheila Rooswitha Putri that's basically just about her boring life with her husband and kids. On October 31, 2016, Kharisma Jati decided to have some fun by tweeting out his own personal take on Sheila's shitty comics. As you'd probably expect from such a Grade-A sick fuck, Jati referred to Sheila as a MILF and drew her and her preteen son's cartoon self-inserts having scatological incest bondage sex.
While absolutely none of this should have been surprising coming from Kharisma Jati, many people in the Indonesian comic community were severely butthurt by the fact that he had drawn Rule 34 of a comic that was based on IRL people.
