Gun control (or "guh control" if you're a nigger) the act of stealing guns from citizens and giving them to criminals. It enables darkies to overpower the white wimmins and steal your bike. Every time someone is killed by a gun, such as in the instance of the Virginia Tech massacre, gun control is used as a scapegoat issue.
