Ms. Pac-Man is a shock video featuring a Guatemalan woman identified as Alejandra Icó Chub with a giant, machete-induced gash in her head. The incident is speculated to be a result of Mr. Pac-Man's jealousy towards Ms. Pac-Man's arcade games becoming more successful.

As it turns out, Alejandra's killer was not Mr. Pac-Man, but Mario! Her crazy lover Mario Osvaldo Tut Ical to be precise, who murdered her out of jealous rage after suspecting that she was cheating on him. Now only Palutena can judge her. Mario was on the run for four days before getting cornered by Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde with their police batons after trying to catch a warp pipe to Tostarena. GAME OVER.
