Elsagate

Elsagate was the garbage that was polluting YouTube back in the mid-2010s. It is the reason Generation Alpha is so retarded and is the primary content enjoyed by the so-called "iPad babies". Elsagate content strives for mass-appeal via the insertion of popular kids' character such as Spoderman, Peppa Pig, The Joker and their namesake, Elsa, the topical Disney princess of the time.

Such "content" is quintessentially the lowest-quality, easiest-produced, mass-appealing smut on the internet that can only possibly be enjoyed by mindless babies and children who have their iPads playing YouTube videos on repeat, which is the only reason these videos have such high view counts rivaling the likes of PewDiePie. Elsagate has also been highly noted for its inclusion of questionable topics such as bodily mutilation, pregnancy, "Butt Stuff" and more. The Elsagate phenomenon successfully sparked a moral panic - mostly because concerned mothers are so lazy that they park their kids in front of an iPad than actually parent them. By design, such content has also become incredibly popular with pedophiles.

The Good

By far, the only good thing to come out of Elsagate were trolls hiding Shock Site porn and gore in kid videos so that they would show up on YouTube Kids, subtlety waiting for the Auto-Play feature to flash it before the eyes of some retarded kid who can't possibly will himself to look away from his precious iPad. 'Five Little Hitlers' and its subliminal messaging was also a Massive W; Truly one of the few gems to come out of this heaping pile of dogshit.

EPI

Elsagate content has been an epicenter of Early Porn Introduction, a grooming technique used by sick fucks to get children conditioned to viewing fetishistic content so they become interested in fetish porn while they're young. Such techniques are usually implemented very subtlety, although anyone without a lobotomized baby brain can see straight through it. There are numerous YouTube accounts shitting out content like this each catering to a specific or multiple fetishes, commonly including scat, farts and inflation; They're just trying to get these kids to "Catch 'Em All" like they're Pokémon - speaking of Pokémon, you might as well add that to the list. Such content may be repulsive to any sensible person, but numerous children have taken the bait and will invariably create a FurAffinity account sooner or later. EPI practitioners often view exposing their fetishes to children as their sacred duty so that children may be enlightened by their sexuality.

One variation in the methodology of the Elsagate/EPI freaks is to just upload straight-up porn to YouTube. Elsagate disciples often post porn or cropped/highly edited Rule 34 videos to YouTube for all the little kids to see. It happens all the time and doesn't get taken down because the Jews running YouTube are pedophiles too.

Despite often being considered a thing of the 2010s, Elsagate never really left; the only things that changed were the characters. Nowadays, the channels that make these types of videos are often referred to as "content farms".

Also, there have been considerable advancements in generative AI technologies since the mid-2010s (which practically didn't exist back then) - thus allowing for AI Slop to be used as a new medium for content farm channels.
