Anti-zoo is a movement in the furry fandom that is purportedly against zoophilia. The fact that this movement needs to exist goes to show just how fucked up the furry fandom is considering they feel the need to create a group advocating against that taboo little thing that has nothing to do with them. The term is usually thrown around as a #hashtag in online posts as a form of slacktivism by therians and furry kids. Statistically, a STRIKING half of all furries seem to be against zoophilia, although there is some contention on where to draw the line for furry porn. Some believe "feral" porn (literal cartoon bestiality) gives actual zoophiles a safespace in their community while others believe it is le "harmless" degeneracy. In reality though, they aren't really against zoophilia but are against bestiality as either way they are psycho-sexually aroused by animal-like visual stimuli. The furry usually tries to justify this contradiction in their logic by claiming anthropornography isn't zoophilic on account of it depicting anthropomorphized animals, yet they fail to recognize that, like necrophilia, there are degrees of zoophilia and saying it is devoid of any zoophilic ideation is like saying lolicon isn't pedophilic or that traps are not gay when they self-evidently are all those things. The only thing furries have against zoophilia is that it makes them look bad whenever one of them gets caught.
