Chris-chan's life is a real example of The Truman Show.

Somebody who is so full of themselves that they think a literal spotlight is placed on them at all times may suffer from the Truman Show delusion. Such people think they are constantly being watched as the star of the world's lamest reality TV show. This disorder is usually coupled with paranoid personality disorder and schizophrenia. With the rise of the internet, it has become much easier for people to broadcast their lives to the world for real, completely at their own volition. Consequently, it has become extremely easy for trolls to create a simulated environment for those who live on the internet; much to the likeness of The Truman Show, the namesake of this disorder. There's perhaps no better example of this than the one and only Chris-chan, who nearly had his entire life in a foothold by trolls going under various different personas illusioning him into performing some of the obscenest acts imaginable, all for the entertainment of themselves and the lusers of the internet.

Creating your own version of a Truman Show is fun and easy! It is the ultimate trolling method that is sure to keep your target in your crosshairs indefinitely. The first step is finding the right target. One of the most important qualities you should look for in a potential lolcow is their terminal onliness, so that they may be contacted at all hours of the day if need be. Secondly, it is advised you determine if your target is kindof autistic, as this increases the likelihood that they will continually fall for your act whilst doing whatever you advise them to do. The next step is to gather a group of friends to troll with you. This part might be a little difficult for you though so you'd be better off posting a personal army thread on some forum or image board full of like-minded individuals. Once the organization is set up, you're ready to begin infiltrating every aspect of their digital life, lurking around and influencing your cow into doing favors for you. If the going is slow, it wouldn't hurt to have one of your buddies take on the guise of a trollsona for you to whiteknight against; after all, what good story doesn't have a villain?
