A cookie cutter is someone who fits a stereotype's mold perfectly. Someone who is a "cookie cutter hippie," for example, is the very archetype of a hippie —i.e., he or she is a non-bathing, Phish-listening, pot-smoking, VW-driving lazy slob. Also a tool used for cutting upset woman food.
