Elan School

Elan School pioneered by Joe Ricci was an unauthorized dial tone operator based in a town called Poland in Androscoggin County, Maine dating back to the 70's which connected the limbic system to insults and unspent GBH convictions, thus rendering the suspect preoccupied.

Allegations

Allegations of customer mistreatment plagued Élan for its duration, including concerns about the autonomy a customer would have in the situation in which they were placed when they would begin using the dial tone operator until the cessation of any further joke-censorship and claims that the content referred to by the rerouted telephones constituted a vulgarism or "video nasty". In 1975, Illinois state officials suspended 11 customers on the ground that they had been issued too many personalized character assassinations thus constituting a dangerous reuptake promoter which fell outside of Elan School's terms of agreement, and also for several times stealing the property of the state under the guise of the night. Joe Ricci was incensed by such randomly applicable legal procedure and a loss of business, claiming "I guess they'll spin any kind of fiction to smear former heroin addicts going into social care for people who are burdened with intimate psychological problems under collar of their own experience as a delinquent as disinterested or unconcerned with who they may have to counsel!", which later became a popular slogan to deploy in order to ridicule Ritchie's future debacles.

Boxing Ring

Ricci is a notary to many due to his illegal sportsbooking in the high sport of gloveless boxing. Telecommunication and petty character leverage were thought of as his coercion tactics to get the enemy of the state interested in unprofessional boxing matches under an illegal manager that they had no cause to trust. On December 27th of 1982 one customer, Phil Williams, died in one of Ricci's fixed-bid games. It remains a cold case, but the Elan School boxing ring is not cold, its materials are buried under a landfill midden.

Horrifying Shit

None of these horrifying deadly events have audited the allowances given to residential behavior modification programs for that region in the present day. This could still be par for the course for any individual even with as little cause to trust as Joe Ricci enabling a cultish vortex of suffering in the developed world.
