The phrase "D8" means to be deeply involved in an activity or to perform an activity to the fullest extent possible. Typically this is used when discussing illegal activity occurring online, such as demolishing AT&T or young children.

Some argue that it's also an emoticon that means Oh shit.

Context

This is what is written in the criminal complaint against weev and Daniel Spitler in the Goatse Security/at&t iPad case.

Spitler: do I got to get involved 
Auernheimer: no

Auernheimer: alright

The FBI agent who wrote this complaint perjured himself by blatantly lying about the meaning of the emoticon D8. There is not a single reference anywhere on the Internet to support anything other than that Spitler was saying "Oh fuck" at the realization that he could be sued for the activity they were convicted of committing.
