I'm A Prefect is a relatively new meme stemming from England's failing public high schools, in which an angry prefect flips out at a bunch of phone wielding trolls loiterring around the corridor. Using his superior prefecting abilities, the prefect manhandles his chav adversaries under the damning justification that he "is a prefect". Evident from the full version, the prefect in question is in possession of a massive spoon up his ass and is quite possibly a homosexual.
